We are both fully Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors Licenses # HI-2003 and HI-2004.
We are Certified Home Inspectors by the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors (NACHI). It is the only organization that requires it’s members to pass a certification exam to become a member. Other organizations allow candidate membership just for paying dues. Not NACHI. To be a member of NACHI, we had to pass their Home Inspector’s Exam, as well as their other requirements for membership. We’ve done that and earned the seal you see to the right. Michael is a Member at Large of the Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors, as well as Founder and past President of the Kentucky Real Estate Inspection Association (KREIA). KREIA is the State’s largest industry trade association. He is also a proud Affiliate Member of the Lexington Bluegrass Association of Realtors and the Ashland Area Board of Realtors.
